Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:- account creation and management,
- providing access to app features,
- communication related to your account and usage.

Legal Basis
Data is processed based on:- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessary to perform a contract,
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent (for optional data).

Data Access and Processors
We do not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Firebase (Google LLC) to provide backend services and authentication. This means your data (e.g. email, name) may be stored on Google-managed servers. Data may also be processed outside the EEA, in line with GDPR and under standard contractual clauses.

Registration and Login
Basic features are available without login. Full functionality requires an account and login. -
Data and Account Deletion
You may:- delete your account directly in the app,
- request full data deletion via email: layart.app@gmail.com

Data Storage Location
Data is stored on Firebase servers located within or outside the EU. Transfers outside the EEA are secured as required by GDPR. -
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16 without parental consent. -
Cookies and Tracking
The app does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. -

You have the right to:- access your data,
- rectify or delete it,
- restrict or object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
